Marcelo Rubens Paiva, músico e autor do livro “Ainda Estou Aqui” — obra que inspirou o filme homônimo estrelado por Fernanda Torres e Selton Mello — se apresenta no Blue Note no dia 11 de abril, às 20h.

No repertório, Marcelo traz clássicos e hits contemporâneos em inglês, com canções de Rolling Stones, Nina Simone, Billie Eilish, Neil Young, Bob Dylan e Britney Spears, entre outros. Durante o show, ele tocará gaita e cantará ao lado da compositora Luíza Villa. A banda que o acompanha é formada por Fábio França, Arthur, Rick Villas-Boas e Luli Villares.

Além da apresentação musical, o evento contará com um debate sobre a icônica música “Hey Joe”, de Jimi Hendrix.

Marcelo Rubens Paiva, musician and author of the book “Ainda Estou Aqui,” which inspired the homonymous film starring Fernanda Torres and Selton Mello, will perform at Blue Note on April 11 at 8 PM.

His repertoire will include classics and contemporary hits in English, featuring songs by Rolling Stones, Nina Simone, Billie Eilish, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, and Britney Spears, among others. During the show, Marcelo will play the harmonica and sing alongside composer Luíza Villa. The accompanying band consists of Fábio França, Arthur, Rick Villas-Boas, and Luli Villares.

In addition to the musical performance, the event will include a discussion about the iconic song “Hey Joe” by Jimi Hendrix.
