A pianista e compositora Bianca Gismonti inicia sua apresentação no Blue Note Rio com o lançamento do seu novo disco, “Gismonti 70”, em homenagem ao seu pai, Egberto Gismonti, celebrando seus 70 anos. Com uma carreira que começou aos 15 anos, Bianca já lançou quatro álbuns com o Duo Gisbranco, além de parcerias com artistas como Chico César, Carlos Malta e Mônica Salmaso.

O show apresenta um repertório especial que inclui obras que marcaram a trajetória de Egberto, como “Palhaço”, “Lôro”, “Água e Vinho” e “Maracatú”, além de composições autorais dedicadas a ele, presentes no disco lançado em dezembro de 2024.

Pianist and composer Bianca Gismonti will perform at Blue Note Rio to launch her new album, “Gismonti 70”, in honor of her father, Egberto Gismonti, celebrating his 70th birthday. Starting her career at age 15, Bianca has released four albums with the Duo Gisbranco and collaborated with artists such as Chico César, Carlos Malta, and Mônica Salmaso.

The concert features a special repertoire that includes pieces that marked Egberto’s career, such as “Palhaço,” “Lôro,” “Água e Vinho,” and “Maracatú,” along with original compositions dedicated to him, recorded between 2018 and 2021 and released in December 2024.
