Rock e Romance – Tributo a Jerry Adriani no Teatro Brigitte Blair

“Rock e Romance” é um show idealizado por Thadeu Vivas, filho do renomado cantor Jerry Adriani. Com uma banda formada especialmente para o evento, serão apresentadas músicas icônicas do repertório de Jerry, incluindo “Doce Doce Amor”, “Indiferença” e “Hotel Inferno”, além de canções de artistas que marcaram presença em sua carreira, como Elvis Presley, Raul Seixas, Beatles e Legião Urbana. A parte musical ficará a cargo do talentoso guitarrista Sergio Filho.

O Tributo a Jerry Adriani surgiu a partir do convite feito a Thadeu para homenagear seu pai no icônico Teatro Rival, no Rio de Janeiro, onde ele realizou transmissões via YouTube durante a pandemia de Covid-19. A primeira apresentação do tributo, em outro formato (violão e voz), ocorreu em 29 de janeiro de 2021, data em que Jerry completaria setenta e quatro anos.

Este ano, comemoramos os sessenta anos da Jovem Guarda com uma banda de rock composta por: Thadeu Vivas (Vocais), Sergio Filho (Guitarra e Vocais), Neco Yaros (Gaita e Guitarra), Allan Fontenele (Bateria) e Rafael Trobo (Baixo). O objetivo é celebrar o Rock Nacional ao longo do ano.

Fazer um Tributo Musical a Jerry Adriani é preservar a rica história da música nacional. Retratar mais de cinquenta anos da vida do artista é contar a própria trajetória da música brasileira. Jerry passou pelas transformações do mercado fonográfico, desde o auge das gravadoras até a ascensão das plataformas digitais.

Rock and Romance – Tribute to Jerry Adriani at Teatro Brigitte Blair

“Rock and Romance” is a show designed by Thadeu Vivas, the son of the renowned singer Jerry Adriani. A specially formed band will present iconic songs from Jerry’s repertoire, including “Doce Doce Amor,” “Indiferença,” and “Hotel Inferno,” along with tracks from artists who highlighted his career, such as Elvis Presley, Raul Seixas, The Beatles, and Legião Urbana. The musical part will be led by the talented guitarist Sergio Filho.

The tribute to Jerry Adriani was initiated from the invitation extended to Thadeu to honor his father at the iconic Teatro Rival in Rio de Janeiro, where he performed live broadcasts via YouTube during the Covid-19 pandemic. The first performance of the tribute, in a different format (guitar and voice), occurred on January 29, 2021, the day Jerry would have turned seventy-four.

This year marks the sixtieth anniversary of the Jovem Guarda, and a rock band has been formed, consisting of: Thadeu Vivas (Vocals), Sergio Filho (Guitar and Vocals), Neco Yaros (Harmonica and Guitar), Allan Fontenele (Drums), and Rafael Trobo (Bass). The goal is to celebrate National Rock throughout the year.

Performing a Musical Tribute to Jerry Adriani is to preserve the rich history of national music. To recount over fifty years of the artist’s life is to tell the story of Brazilian music itself. Jerry experienced the transformations in the music market, from the height of record labels to the rise of digital platforms.
