No dia 09 de março, a Audio Rebel será palco da RIOT GIG, com três bandas cariocas que destacam o protagonismo feminino na música.

• Mityma é uma banda carioca de Blackened Sludge metal com influências de doom e stoner metal. Formada no final de 2023, a banda, composta por Iza, Lannie e Lore, está em processo de gravação do seu primeiro EP, enquanto se apresenta frequentemente no underground carioca. Suas letras abordam temas como o sofrimento, o adoecimento e a brutalidade nas relações humanas.
• Trash No Star, com seu som abrasivo, é composta por Letícia Lety (guitarra e vocal), Felipe Santos (guitarra e vocal), Safira (bateria) e Agatha (baixo). Eles estão aquecendo o público para o seu próximo álbum, Existir é Resistir, com o lançamento do single “Bobagem”. Essa canção aborda a reação à minimização de abusos em relacionamentos e questões sociais, reafirmando o compromisso da banda com a mensagem direta e engajada.
• Judy and The Outsiders é um trio de punk rock/riot grrrl formado em 2019 por Judy (vocal/guitarra), Carol Rezende (bateria/vocal) e Dani Leal (baixo). Após quase 3 anos de hiato, eles voltam com canções velozes e enérgicas, abordando questões políticas e cotidianas como solidão e pertencimento.

On March 9, Audio Rebel will host the RIOT GIG, featuring three carioca bands that highlight women’s protagonism in music.

• Mityma is a carioca Blackened Sludge metal band influenced by doom and stoner metal. Formed at the end of 2023, the band consists of Iza, Lannie, and Lore. They are currently working on their first EP and are frequently performing in the underground scene. Their songs address themes of suffering, illness, and the brutality of human relationships.
• Trash No Star, with their abrasive sound, features Letícia Lety (guitar and vocals), Felipe Santos (guitar and vocals), Safira (drums), and Agatha (bass). They are gearing up their audience for their next album, Existir é Resistir, with the release of the single “Bobagem.” This song reacts to the minimization of abuse in relationships and social issues, reaffirming the band’s commitment to direct and socially engaged messages.
• Judy and The Outsiders is a punk rock/riot grrrl trio formed in 2019 by Judy (vocals/guitar), Carol Rezende (drums/vocals), and Dani Leal (bass). After almost three years on hiatus, they return with fast-paced, energetic songs that address political issues and everyday themes like loneliness and belonging.
