Realizado pelo Complexo Negra Palavra, o espetáculo inédito “Negra Palavra – Poesia do Samba” celebra a poesia presente nas letras de sambas de Nei Lopes e outros sambistas negros renomados. A montagem destaca a beleza das letras que embalam o cotidiano brasileiro há mais de um século, muitas vezes sem o reconhecimento que merecem.

A apresentação estreia em setembro no Teatro Adolpho Bloch, localizado no Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil Rio de Janeiro. O evento é gratuito, mas é necessário retirar ingressos antecipados, disponíveis na bilheteria do teatro ou pelo site oficial.

Presented by the Complexo Negra Palavra, the new production “Negra Palavra – The Poetry of Samba” celebrates the poetic richness found in the lyrics of sambas by Nei Lopes and other renowned Black sambistas. The show highlights the lyrical beauty that has accompanied Brazilian daily life for over a century, often without the recognition it deserves.

The performance premieres in September at the Adolpho Bloch Theater, located at the Banco do Brasil Cultural Center in Rio de Janeiro. The event is free, but tickets must be reserved in advance, available at the theater box office or online.
