Após emocionar o público com o show “Eu sou assim”, Juninho Thybau retorna ao palco do Teatro Rival Petrobras para comemorar seu aniversário com um tributo a Candeia, um dos maiores nomes da história do samba. No dia 6 de novembro, Juninho apresentará o show “Juninho canta Candeia”, interpretando clássicos que marcaram gerações e permanecem pulsando no coração do povo brasileiro. Além das obras imortais de Candeia, Juninho também cantará alguns sucessos de sua carreira, reforçando o elo entre sua trajetória e a essência do samba. O evento contará com a participação especial do cantor, compositor e arranjador Mauro Diniz.

Neste espetáculo, Thybau revisita a obra de Candeia com respeito, paixão e autenticidade, mergulhando na poesia, resistência e beleza do samba. No repertório, estão clássicos como “Preciso me encontrar”, “Testamento de partideiro”, “De qualquer maneira”, “Pintura sem arte” e “Samba da antiga”. Filho do samba, herdeiro da Portela e do Cacique, Juninho faz desta homenagem um encontro entre tempos — entre o que foi, o que é e o que ainda será. Porque Candeia vive. E o samba continua.

After moving the audience with his show “Eu sou assim”, Juninho Thybau returns to the stage of Rival Petrobras Theater to celebrate his birthday with a tribute to Candeia, one of the greatest names in samba history. On November 6th, Juninho will perform “Juninho canta Candeia”, interpreting classics that have defined generations and continue to beat in the heart of the Brazilian people. In addition to Candeia’s timeless works, Juninho will also sing some hits from his own career, strengthening the connection between his journey and the essence of samba. The event will feature a special appearance by singer, composer, and arranger Mauro Diniz.

In this show, Thybau revisits Candeia’s work with respect, passion, and authenticity, delving into the poetry, resistance, and beauty of samba.
