No dia 19 de agosto, o cantor, compositor e instrumentista Enzo Belmonte apresenta seu novo projeto, “Meu Axé”, no Teatro Rival Petrobras. Este show é uma homenagem às raízes mais profundas do povo brasileiro, unindo religiosidade e musicalidade, o sagrado e o profano, celebrando a fé na ancestralidade e o amor pelo samba.

Natural do Morro do Pinto, Enzo foi elogiado ainda adolescente pela saudosa Beth Carvalho como “um sambista de verdade”. Aos 23 anos, ele é intérprete da escola de samba A.R.E.S Vizinha Faladeira.

O repertório do show inclui sambas marcantes de autores como Arlindo Cruz, Almir Guineto, Xande de Pilares, Luiz Carlos da Vila e Zeca Pagodinho, além de canções dedicadas a cada orixá e suas falanges, como Ogum, Oxóssi, Iemanjá, Oxum, Exu e Zé Pilintra.

Enzo Belmonte – “My Axé” at Teatro Rival Petrobras

On August 19th, singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist Enzo Belmonte presents his new project, “My Axé”, at Teatro Rival Petrobras. This show is a tribute to the deepest roots of the Brazilian people, blending religiosity and musicality, the sacred and the profane, celebrating faith in ancestry and love for samba.

Born and raised in Morro do Pinto, Enzo was praised as “a true sambista” by the late Beth Carvalho when he was still a teenager. Now, at 23 years old, he is the interpreter for the samba school A.R.E.S Vizinha Faladeira.

The repertoire features powerful sambas by artists like Arlindo Cruz, Almir Guineto, Xande de Pilares, Luiz Carlos da Vila, and Zeca Pagodinho, along with songs dedicated to each orixá and their followers, such as Ogum, Oxóssi, Iemanjá, Oxum, Exu, and Zé Pilintra.
