Um dia, em plena fuga, ele se esconde em uma torre e conhece Rapunzel, uma jovem prestes a completar 18 anos, que possui um enorme cabelo dourado. Rapunzel deseja deixar seu confinamento na torre para ver as luzes que sempre surgem no dia de seu aniversário. Para isso, faz um acordo com Flynn: ele a ajuda a fugir e ela lhe devolve a valiosa tiara que ele havia roubado. No entanto, a mamãe Gothel, que manteve Rapunzel na torre durante toda a sua vida, fará de tudo para evitar essa fuga.

One day, while on the run, he hides in a tower and meets Rapunzel, a young woman about to turn 18 who has incredibly long golden hair. Rapunzel wishes to leave her confinement in the tower to see the lanterns that always appear on her birthday. To make this happen, she strikes a deal with Flynn: he will help her escape, and she will return the valuable tiara he stole. However, Mother Gothel, who has kept Rapunzel in the tower her whole life, will do everything to prevent this escape.
