A banda comemora 22 anos do icônico álbum “Original Olinda Style” com um show especial que revisita todas as faixas do álbum e seus hits de 35 anos de carreira. Misturando punk rock, surf music, reggae jamaicano, ska, frevo e samba, a Banda Eddie apresenta uma sonoridade leve e descontraída, como o carnaval de Olinda, cidade histórica onde surgiu e que inspira grande parte de seu repertório.

On November 1st, at 8 PM, Rival Petrobras Theater hosts Banda Eddie, one of the pioneers of Mangue Beat and the creator of the Original Olinda Style movement. The band celebrates 22 years of their iconic album “Original Olinda Style” with a special show that revisits all the tracks from the album and hits from their 35-year career. Blending punk rock, surf music, Jamaican reggae, ska, frevo, and samba, Banda Eddie offers a light and relaxed sound reminiscent of Olinda’s carnival, the historic city where they originated and which inspires much of their repertoire.
