Com texto de Cadu Caetano, esse tributo a Zé Ketti, um dos maiores nomes do samba carioca, traz ao palco sucessos como “Opinião”, “Máscara negra” e “Diz que fui por aí”, além de sete personagens do universo criativo do artista. A direção geral de Márcio Vieira é fortemente inspirada no Teatro de Opinião, destacando que o melhor momento de Zé Ketti foi justamente nesse formato, com outros companheiros que atuavam na mesma linha.\nIdealizado por Leandro Santanna e produzido por Marcelo Viégas, o espetáculo é uma parceria entre a Companhia Teatral Queimados Encena e a Associação de Amigos José Bonifácio (AAJOB). O objetivo do musical é reverenciar o artista negro do Rio de Janeiro que cantou o samba, as comunidades, a malandragem, seus amores e o samba de protesto.
